A pastor once shared a story of some church members who decided to play the here-and-there game.

These believers were devoted and dedicated in the house of God to the extent that their pastor would defend them anywhere anytime against any form of condemnation.

The news soon arrived the ears of the pastor that these brethren were visiting a witch doctor for breakthrough.

Just as was predicted, the pastor rebuked the whistle blower but decided to go check for himself.

The pastor arrived a bush path, in a hiding position, after several hours, the pastor saw his members on a file movement, advancing towards the witch doctor's shrine.

He could not keep his silence at this point .

Pastor decided to shout out his surprise.

After revealing himself, he asked why.

One of them looked at him and responded in pigeon English "pastor, it's not that we don't love God, but God own too dey stay"

meaning that God's process take too long.

Recently, in a sermon, Dr. Pst Paul Enenche said, "it is better to be slow and be sure than to rush and end up losing everything"

Beloved, God's process doesn't take that long,
the problem of that process is you and I.

sometimes we are not ready, and God will never bestow a virtue that will inturn kill his beloved child due to his/her unpreparedness.

Take an example beloved,
A young lady has been praying to God for a God fearing husband, but this lady can't devotedly study a chapter of the holy Bible in a day, can't pray honestly to God for thirty minutes, doesn't know what compromise means in a relationship.

Beloved, please help me, would this young lady be able to keep the God fearing man she prays for when He comes?

Please, Let's stop deceiving ourselves and go back to ourselves, study to know the requirements and what it takes to receive, keep and maintain the answer to our prayers.

Take this for free beloved, God, after watching Adam carefully in the garden, thought it wise that the fellow needed a help meet.

The question is, Was Adam ready for such?
even if he was ready, did he play submissively to God so God can help Him create this help?

Take a look at this.

Genesis 2:18 And the LORD God said, [It is] not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him.
Genesis 2:19 And out of the ground the LORD God formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air; and brought [them] unto Adam to see what he would call them: and whatsoever Adam called every living creature, that [was] the name thereof.
Genesis 2:20 And Adam gave names to all cattle, and to the fowl of the air, and to every beast of the field; but for Adam there was not found an help meet for him.

Genesis 2:21 And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof.

Beloved, God thought it wise in Verse 18 that Adam needed help, but finally brought forth the help in Verse 22.

Why did it take God that long to create the woman for Adam?

The answer is in Verse 19 and 20.
Adam was not ready for the process, so God had to engage him in another task that will bring him to point of rest, so as to make it easy through the cesarian session.

it was after Adam had finished serving and was ready, that God put Him to sleep and made the woman for him.

Beloved, maybe you haven't given God the Chance to work in your life.
Despite the fact that God has identified your needs and the kind of help you need, you still haven't given Him the chance to do it in your life.

Are you asking how?

Okay,
Are you genuinely born again?
Do you seek God daily for His counsels so you can be guided on your daily life?
do you study the book of instruction given to the Christian's by God's Holy spirit to get principles of life transformation?

Well.
I believe you've seen some reasons why you shouldn't say God's processes are too long.

you are the one prolonging the process.
Become ready, and God will help you.

The year is new and fresh, decide to do it right beloved.
